New Boat ConstructionWe specialize in fine finished fiberglass hulls and complete boat construction. We are fiberglass and woodworking specialists and will custom build a complete boat to order on the hull of your choice. We devote our full attention to one project at a time and adhere to the time honored traditions of Maine boatbuilding craftsmanship, passed down through four generations of Brewer boat builders.
Custom Restoration
Whether power or sail, working boat or pleasure craft, we have extensive experience with everything from minor cosmetic repairs to major structural reconstructions. We treat each restoration project with care and quality workmanship in the finest Maine tradition of boat working.
We pride ourselves on our knowledge of different craft and our ability to faithfully restore your boat to its original condition and will work with you to incorporate your special design considerations.
Custom Fiberglass Repair
We specialize in fiberglass repairs, both structural and cosmetic. Whether your boat needs repair due to collision, wear & tear, age or neglect, we can restore it to its original condition and extend its life.
General Boatyard Repairs
As a full service boatyard we are skilled in all general boatyard repairs and are equipped to perform repair work quickly, efficiently and at the lowest cost to you. We understand what it takes to keep a vessel in good condition. We are also experienced in detailed deck work and the repair or total replacement of masts, including rigging work.
Hauling
Casco Bay Boatworks is able to haul boats of nearly any size and length. Using submersible hydraulic trailers, we haul and launch quickly and efficiently with virtually no marring of finished surfaces. We can accommodate short term haul-outs, provided our yard is able to accommodate your work immediately. Emergency haul-outs will be handled on an as needed basis.
Storage
We offer both outdoor and indoor storage on our property for year round and seasonal terms. We offer complete storage prep services to include un-stepping masts, engine winterization, fluid draining and shrink wrapping.
Moorings
Casco Bay Boatworks maintains several moorings in front of the Sebasco Harbor Resort. Moorings are offered on a space available basis for seasonal rental.
Sales
Casco Bay Boatworks is an authorized MerCruiser dealer, specializing in the sale and installation of MerCruiser engines. Our dealer status offers price advantages over full retail - but we limit our sales to customers with boats under yard contract for new construction or restoration.
